This Privacy Policy explains how Efelyra Studio ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application, QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE (package: app.nexusmobile.quizbrainbattle).

2. Data Collection and Local Storage

QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE is designed with privacy as a core principle. The V1 release of the application does not require user accounts, logins, or authentication. All gameplay progress, answers, and statistics are stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal gameplay data on our servers. Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling the application or clearing the app data will result in the permanent deletion of your local progress.

3. Network Connectivity and Technical Data

While the app relies on a locally stored 24,000-question catalog, an active Internet connection is required while using the app to ensure you are running a supported version of the game. The application performs a remote minimum-version check against our endpoint: https://config.nexusmobile.app/version.json.

When the application communicates with our network infrastructure to perform this check, ordinary technical request data such as your IP address, request timestamps, and user-agent/network metadata may be processed by the underlying CDN (Content Delivery Network). This is standard for all internet communication and may be processed by the underlying network infrastructure for delivery, security, abuse prevention and normal operational purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The V1 release contains:

• No behavioral advertising or advertising SDKs.
• No billing, in-app purchases, or subscription SDKs.
• No leaderboard backend or social networking SDKs.
• No trackers or analytics platforms.

5. User-Generated Content

There is no user-generated content upload functionality in the application.

6. Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. There is no intentional sale of personal data, nor any behavioral advertising mechanisms present in the application.

7. Data Security, Retention and Deletion

Configuration requests are made over HTTPS. QUIZ / BRAIN BATTLE does not maintain a server-side user account database or cloud gameplay-history database in V1. Gameplay progress and statistics remain locally on the device.

Local application data remains until the user resets/clears app data, uninstalls the application, or otherwise removes it from the device. Because V1 has no user accounts, there is no account-deletion process applicable to this release.

Technical network/request logs may be processed and retained by infrastructure/service providers for normal delivery, security, abuse-prevention and operational purposes according to their applicable retention practices.
